OTHER

9. This agreement shall be construed under, be governed by, and be enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. You hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia. If any provision of this Agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
